Aditya is an interdisciplinary artist from Dehradun. His art practice has been guided by his emotional manoeuvring of the changes around and within himself. Through his work, Aditya engages with environmental, socio-political, and educational concerns.

As a part of the 52 Parindey Fellowship, Aditya took a journey to meet activists and art practitioners across India who are exploring forms of activism through their work, wanting to understand the role of resilience, activism, and art in contemporary India.

 

From what has been lost and from what remains, Aditya hopes to use his learnings from the fellowship journey to build resilience and active participation amongst the people in the coming times. His conviction is to continue developing layered sensibilities and empathy by using film practice as a medium of documentation and archival of histories and resistance to build rights-based conversations in spaces where it lacks and is needed the most.
