Rahul is a dedicated social entrepreneur hailing from Assam, passionately transforming the lives of children in low-income government schools. Rahul firmly believes in holistic education, recognising that true growth extends far beyond mere grades, marks, and results. Hence, he established Thoughts to Action, an educational organisation to champion the cause of art education as a conduit to quality education, empowering young minds to discover their creativity, resilience, and empathy.

With a deep conviction in the power of art, Rahul embarked on a journey to instil social-emotional learning through artistic expression through the 52 Parindey Fellowship. Rahul travelled to different states in India and met people to understand the intersection of social-emotional learning and arts and understand the profound connection it builds, to deepen his understanding of what was happening in other art-ed spaces and how these spaces were being facilitated.
